Use either the VST version if you have the VSTs or use the stock recreation of the chain.

VST requirements:

• Formant by Minimal Audio 
• Prisma by UnplugRed
• Chroma by Xynth Audio & Nasko
• Soothe2 by OekSound
• ProQ4 by FabFilter

Stock version requirements:

• Ableton Live Suite 12 (made on 12.4.3)

For the VST version tweak the Formant shift parameter & Chroma's scale, for the stock version enable the first Auto Shift effect & tweak the formant knob (or download Formant VST, it's free & way better quality) & enable the second Auto Shift for vocal tuning.
